The Red Star Ice Hockey Club, founded in 2006, represents the leading Serbian hockey entity with a rich tradition and sporting achievements. As the successor to KHK Red Star, the club is a member of the Sports Society Red Star and plays its matches at the Pionir Ice Hall, with a capacity of 2,000 seats.

With six national championship titles, the club has achieved remarkable success. Four times, the “Red-Whites” were champions of the Yugoslav SR Championship, once in the national championship of SCG in 2005, and the latest triumph comes after a 13-year hiatus – winning the Serbian Championship title in the 2017/18 season, defeating Vojvodina in the playoff final.

In the past, the club has achieved notable results in the Yugoslav SFR Ice Hockey Championship, especially in the 1984/85 season, where it finished a high second behind Slovenian Jesenice.

Red Star has also excelled in national cup competitions, winning the Cup five times, including four victories in the SRJ Cup and one in the SFRJ Cup in 1980.

The club has a long history dating back to 1946 and is now recognizable for its red and white jerseys, home games at the Pionir Ice Hall in Belgrade with a capacity of 2000 seats.
